Equipment and Vehicles Project <br /> Capital Project Ordinance 24 <br /> Project Number 61-412 <br /> Be it ordained by-the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina,the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized will provide for purchase of County-owned vehicles and <br /> major equipment. The project will be financed with proceeds from the County's portion <br /> of the one half cent sales taxes, appropriated fund balance from the County Capital <br /> Projects Fund,and grant funds from the North Carolina Department of Transportation. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund(1992-93) $295,300 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1993-94) 391,615 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1994-95) 465,229 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1995-96) 294,415 <br /> Transfer from EMS Base 2 Project(1995-96) 10,000 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1996-97) 497,964 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1997-98) 479,455 <br /> Total Transfersfrom Other Funds $2,433,978 <br /> Intergovernmental(1992-93) 32,935 <br /> Intergovernmental(1993-94) 4,688 <br /> Intergovernmental(1994-95) 131,129 <br /> Intergovernmental(1995-96) 123,750 <br /> Intergovernmental(1996-97) 163,179 <br /> Intergovernmental(1997-98) 79,695 <br /> Total Intergovernmental $535,376 <br /> County Capital Fund Balance(1994-95) 10,000 <br /> Total Revenue $2,979,354 <br /> Section 4. A portion of the funds available for this project have been expended. The following amount remains appropriated for this project: <br /> Equipment and Vehicles $1,872,988 <br /> Section 6. This ordinance supersedes all previous Equipment and Vehicles Capital Project Ordinances. <br />
