14 <br /> Affordable Housing <br /> Community Development <br /> Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 19-801 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following grant project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is the Affordable Housing Project authorized to provide <br /> reimbursement of impact fees for affordable housing projects and to provide other assistance to Affordable <br /> Housing projects on a request basis. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br /> contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to be available to complete this project: <br /> Miscellaneous Revenue- Sale of Real Property $14,080 <br /> Fund Balance Appropriated $13,966 <br /> Transfer from the General Fund(1996-97) $9,704 <br /> Transfer from the General Fund(1997-98) $66,400 <br /> Total $104,150 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Habitat for Humanity $13,000 <br /> Impact Fee Reimbursement $91,150 <br /> Total $104,150 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous "Affordable Housing Grant Project Ordinances". <br /> Section 6.
