13 <br /> Community Development Block Grant <br /> Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following grant project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is the Community Development Block Grant which will provide <br /> funds for the rehabilitation of 17 deteriorated houses in Orange County. This project will be funded with a <br /> block grant from the North Carolina Department of Commerce. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br /> contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to be available to complete this project: <br /> Intergovernmental $378,495 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Human Services-Community Development $378,495 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous "Community Development Block Grant Grant Project <br /> Ordinances". <br /> Section 6.
