11 <br /> HOME Program <br /> Grant Project Ordinance <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following grant project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is the HOME Participating Jurisdiction Grant project . Eligible <br /> program activities include new construction, acquisition,housing rehabilitation, and tenant based rental <br /> assistance. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br /> contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to be available to complete this project: <br /> Intergovernmental(Federal Grant) (95-96) $500,000 <br /> Intergovernmental(Federal Grant) (96-97) $386,000 <br /> Intergovernmental(Federal Grant) (97-98) $379,000 <br /> Intergovernmental(Town of Chapel Hill) (95-96) $46,125 <br /> Intergovernmental(Town of Chapel Hill) (96-97) $39,565 <br /> Intergovernmental(Town of Carrboro) (95-96) $13,500 <br /> Intergovernmental(Town of Carrboro((96-97) $11,580 <br /> Intergovernmental(Town of Hillsborough) (95-96) $5,625 <br /> Intergovernmental(Town of Hillsborough) (96-97) 4 825 <br /> Total Intergovernmental $1,386,220 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1995-96) $47,250 <br /> Transferfrom General Fund(1996-97) $40,530 <br /> Total Transfer $87,780 <br /> Total Revenues $19474,000 <br /> Section 4.
