Microcomputer: <br /> B. Other: <br /> Special conditions have been applied to this Grant as indicated below: <br /> 1. Funding will be made available contingent upon the Grantee procuring a microcomputer <br /> having specifications equal to or greater than specifications stated in Attachment A. <br /> 2. The Grantee will procure software needed to access Internet. <br /> 3. If service is not already available, the Grantee will subscribe to the services of an Internet <br /> access provider. <br /> 4. The Grantee will electronically communicate with the Division of Emergency <br /> Management through Internet. <br /> 5. The Grantee may use this system to electronically submit SARA Title III information. <br /> 6.
