ARTICLE 12 <br /> OTHER CONDITIONS OR SERVICES <br /> (Insert descriptions(y other senwes. idenu/l,Additional Services included within Basic Contpwlsation cnut tnodilications to the pawnettt and compensation ternrs <br /> included in this Akreemem.) <br /> 12.1 Additional services are as follows: <br /> Civil Engineering 1,600.00 <br /> To provide fire flow test and <br /> supervision of hydrant test <br /> required by ZCP, and design <br /> site utilities and sprinkler vault. <br /> Landscape Architecture 550.00 <br /> As required for ZCP <br /> Cost Estimating 800.00 <br /> At schematic design and 75% <br /> completion of contract documents <br /> As Built Drawings 1,200.00 <br /> ZCP 2,200.00 <br /> Documentation and representation <br /> 12.2 Amend Article 7 with the following paragraph: <br /> 7.4 Mediation. In addition to and prior to arbitration,the parties shall endeavor to settle <br /> disputes by mediation in accordance with the Rules of Mediation Settlement Conferences as <br /> promulgated by the North Carolina Supreme Court and currently in effect. Demand for <br /> mediation shall be filed in writing with the other party to this Agreement. A demand for <br /> mediation shall be made within a reasonable time after the claim,dispute or other matter in <br /> question has arisen. In no event shall the demand for mediation be made after the date when <br /> institution of legal or equitable proceedings based on such claim,dispute or other matter in <br /> question would be barred by the applicable statute of limitations. The mediator will be chosen <br /> by the parties from that list of mediators approved by the Dispute Resolution Commission <br /> appointed by the North Carolina Supreme Court.
