12 <br /> Section 7. Copies of this grant project ordinance shall be made available to the finance officer for <br /> direction in carrying out this project. <br /> Section 8. Program services authorized by this grant project ordinance will be provided by contractual <br /> services. There are no positions associated with this funding. <br /> Section 9.
