A Contract for the current fiscal year and the next fiscal year are presented for approval. <br /> This arrangement is beneficial to the Health Department as a cost effective means of assuring that <br /> pharmacy services meet all applicable laws,regulations and standards. The terms, duties and dollar <br /> amounts for the pharmacy contract remain unchanged. Funds necessary for this contract are included in <br /> the approved budget for FY96-97 and the recommended budget for FY97-98. <br /> The School of Pharmacy has provided the services in the current fiscal year in a satisfactory manner. The <br /> School is responsible for initiating the contract,but realized that they had not done so when they were <br /> preparing the year-end billing. Therefore,they submitted both contracts concurrently. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> The Manager recommends that the contract be approved, subject to final review and approval of contract <br /> language by the County Attorney and that the Chair be authorized to sign the contract. <br />
