6 <br /> Article X M GENERAI, PROVISIONS <br /> It is the intent of this Agreement to fulfill all the requirements set forth in the Prime Agreement <br /> No. P0027656 issued to North Carolina Agricultural &Technical State University . When fully <br /> executed by both parties, this Agreement will constitute an understanding and certify that <br /> GRANTOR is in compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in the Prime Agreement <br /> (Exhibit B) and enforced through the execution of this Subgrant. <br /> Article XIM ASSIGNMENT <br /> This Subgrant shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the respective successors <br /> and assigns of the parties hereto, but may not be voluntarily assigned in whole or in part be <br /> either party without the prior written consent of the other. <br /> Article MV. SUBGRANT CHANGES RFS1 TING FROM UPPFR TIER CHANGES <br /> This Agreement is issued under the provisions set forth in Prime Agreement No.P0027656.
