4 <br /> Article IV. SUBUTANT TYPE AND PRICE <br /> A. This is a fixed price subgrant for the project entitled, "Forging Coalitions to Improve <br /> Delivery of Human Services and Enhance Economic Development in Rural America". <br /> The GRANTOR agrees to compensate the GRANTEE an amount not to exceed $10,000 <br /> for services rendered in accordance with Exhibit A. <br /> B. Payments shall be made based upon progress and/or completion of the activities stated <br /> in the mini-grant Statement of Work Progress payments shall be made no more <br /> frequently than monthly. GRANTEE shall submit progress reports and invoices to the <br /> Project Director for review and approval,which describe;the activities by budget category <br /> either completed or in process. GRANTOR shall issue payment within 30 days upon <br /> receipt of the approved invoice and progress report from the Project Director. Final <br /> payment will be made within thirty (30) days after receipt and approval, by the Project <br /> Director, of a final progress report, completion of required deliverables, and submission <br /> of an invoice. <br /> C. The Project Director is authorized to approve reallocation of funds among the project <br /> activities, based on project needs. <br /> D.
