The Firm of Northen, Blue, Rooks, Thibaut, Anderson <br /> and Woods, L.L.P. has represented the DSS for approximately 17 years. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): <br /> The Manager recommends approval of the Agreement for Fiscal Year 1997-98. <br />
