The attached plat <br /> depicts the location of the lines. Upon receipt of the letter of dedication from the County, <br /> OWASA will assume ownership and complete maintenance of the lines. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board approve the <br /> dedication of the water and sewer lines; and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the <br /> Board. <br />
