Adequate and appropriate medical coverage must be provided <br /> for the citizens and visitors attending events at the Speedway. Staff have met with track <br /> officials to work out operational (including safety issues) and fiscal issues concerning the <br /> contract and have reached a satisfactory agreement. <br /> Recommendation: The Manager recommends that the Board approve the contract and <br /> authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
