Adequate and appropriate medical coverage <br /> must be provided for the citizens and visitors attending events at the Speedway. Staff <br /> have met with racetrack officials to work out operational and fiscal issues concerning the <br /> contract and have reached a satisfactory agreement. <br /> Recommendation: The Manager recommends that the Board approve the contract and <br /> authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
