County of Orange and Orange County Board of <br /> Adjustment, Superior Court Civil Action No. 96-CVS-841. <br /> BACKGROUND: The background to this agenda item is set out in <br /> detail in the settlement agreement which accompanies this agenda <br /> abstract. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The County Attorney and the Manager recommend <br /> confirming the Settlement Agreement and authorizing the Chair and <br /> the Clerk to sign the Settlement Agreement in substantially the <br /> form of the Agreement attached. <br />
