Attachment 3 <br /> (pages 30-33) is additional background material from the May 28 LOG agenda that explains how <br /> the new base year affects our solid waste reduction goals. Ultimately,the adoption and <br /> implementation of the integrated solid waste management plan will establish the tools that Orange <br /> County and its municipalities will employ to achieve the solid waste goals reduction goals that we <br /> have set. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board adopt the solid waste <br /> mangement plan framework as recommended by the Landfill Owners' Group. <br />
