The Board approved the appropriation of fund balance from the <br /> Emergency Telephone System Fund so that the purchase of the equipment could be made in cash, <br /> rather than having to finance an installment purchase. The attached budget ordinance amendment <br /> will appropriate these funds so the equipment can be ordered and installed. <br /> RECOMW(ENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the budget <br /> ordinance amendment. <br />
