In 1996, over 42,000 meals were served to 450 <br /> participants. A site manger is located at each site and is <br /> responsible for the daily operation of nutrition programs and <br /> meals. There are also three coordinators of services <br /> responsible for the coordination, outreach,referral and <br /> provision of services to low-income families and individuals. <br /> These services include, but are not limited to weatherization, <br /> housing rehabilitation assistance, financial emergency <br /> assistance, Older Workers Program, and information and <br /> referral. <br /> IS. <br /> In-Home Aide Services 25,123 25,123 <br /> Home and Community Block Grant enables low-income, <br /> minority individuals to defer or prevent institutionalization <br /> by providing quality services to meet basic needs.
