In this period, the duties and responsibilities of <br /> the Land Records positions have changed to included GIS <br /> functions. Since May 1996, Land Records employees have <br /> performed most of their mapping functions with the use of the <br /> GIS. <br /> Because of the development of the GIS role, the Land Records <br /> Director requested that Personnel complete a current <br />
