s <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> COUNTY OF ORANGE LEASE RENEWAL <br /> Under the terms of a lease dated February 1, 1993, between the County of Orange and <br /> the Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce, pursuant to Section 2 of the attached lease <br /> (exhibit A), the Chamber and the County choose to renew lease for the leased premises <br /> known as the Dickson House for a period to commence upon signature of lease and <br /> continue through June 30, 1999. <br /> Section 3, Rent is modified as follows: <br /> The Chamber agrees to pay the County rent in the amount of$230, which includes an <br /> annual rent set-off of$1700 as acknowledgment for the grounds and building <br /> maintenance performed by the Chamber.
