Orange County's practice has been to make appointments to the office of Tax Collector for <br /> two year terms. Ms. Ginger Rolfe was originally appointed Tax Collector for the two year period <br /> July 1, 1995 - June 30, 1997. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board reappoint Ginger Rolfe as <br /> Orange County Tax Collector for a period of two years, effective July 1, 1997. <br />
