This week provides an <br /> opportunity to emphasize both local and national level efforts to"Make the American Dream a <br /> Reality". <br /> The attached proclamation enables the County to join other communities in celebrating the <br /> contribution local government and local non-profit entities are making to increase homeownership <br /> opportunities for our citizens. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): <br /> The Manager recommends approving the Proclamation. <br />
