The Agreement is a sub-grant under the primary grant from the <br /> W. K. Kellogg Foundation to the UNC-CH School of Public Health. <br /> L HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE BLOCK GRANT <br /> The funding plan recommended by the State Department of Human resources combines <br /> funds previously appropriated to the Department on Aging, Department of Social Services and Joint <br /> Orange/Chatham Community Action Agency. The recommended funding amount for fiscal year 1997-98 <br /> is $296,095. <br /> J. RENEWAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN OCHD AMU JOCCA <br /> This agreement supports the goals of the W. K.
