The proposed amendment will correct <br /> the conflicting requirements by increasing the setback in Article 10.3 to ten(10)feet. <br /> Existing and proposed ordinance text:(Proposed text is underlined) <br /> Article 10.3 Off-Street Parking Design Standards <br /> All required off-street parking shall meet the following requirements: <br /> i) New parking areas shall observe a 10-foot setback from all road right-of-way and a <br /> feet from all side and rear property lines.
