It is located at 5419 US 70 (Tax Map No. <br /> 3.28..31), between Frazier Road to the west and Efland-Cedar Grove <br /> Road to the east. The existing zoning district is R-1 Rural Residential. <br /> The proposed zoning district is EC-5 Existing Commercial. <br /> The property owners have requested that a 6.2-acre portion of their <br /> property, as shown on the attached map, be rezoned to EC-5 to <br /> recognize an existing business which was located on the property prior <br /> to the zoning of Cheeks Township. <br />
