Thew are projects tbst must be pursued <br /> during the summer and in order to start work when the school year ends,we need to sign <br /> contracts on these projects in the next few weeks. I have attached a letter from Bill Mullin. Both <br /> projects have already been delayed several years past their needed completion. <br /> Is it possible to receive a budget amendment from the County Comamssioners allotting us the <br /> funds so that we may sign the cow? The funds would not be disbursed until after July 1,but <br /> signing the contracts would obligate us for funds that we do not currently have budgeted. <br /> The other option on the roofing may be to alloc of some of the available capital fiord balance. <br /> The HVAC job is too largo to cover under any existing budget item. <br /> Please advim.
