He received his Ph.D. in <br /> DIANE TAKVORIAN economics from the University of Michigan, with <br /> ENV/RONMENTAL specialization III political economy and international <br /> HrALrH CCALMON economics. He has written on these topics for both academic <br /> and non-academic publications.
