Include joint school and park sites in multi-year capital <br /> improvement programs and provide funding for sufficient <br /> sites for joint use. <br /> 3. Modify the approved "Work Group" advisory structure <br /> that appears to be one committee consisting of a <br /> mixture of elected officials, citizen advisory board <br /> members, and staff.
