25 <br /> 2111197 Final Draft Page 20 <br /> (1) Total phosphorous, nitrate-nitrogen, total suspended solids, turbidity <br /> and pesticides will be analyzed for each sample time; and <br /> (2) The Pollutant Monitoring Program submitted with the application as <br /> part of the Resources Management Plan shall list the pesticides that <br /> will be analyzed and the rationale for such selections, which shall be <br /> based on the Tier I risk assessment set forth in Article 8.8.7.5a(8) <br /> above. <br /> d. Reporting <br /> (1) All surface water, ground water and sediment quality monitoring <br /> results will be submitted within 45 days of collection to the Orange <br /> County Health Department,Division of Environmental Health; <br /> (2)Monitoring results shall be retained on site by the golf course <br /> superintendent and shall be available for inspection; and <br /> (3)An annual report will be submitted on a date established by the <br /> Planning and Inspections Department. <br /> e. Management Response to Pollutant Monitoring <br /> (1)If contaminants are found that may reasonably be attributed to the <br /> construction, operation, and/or maintenance of the golf course, <br /> management plans shall be reviewed to assess the problem. <br /> Appropriate adjustments in the resource management and/or integrated <br /> pest management plans shall be made to prevent further <br /> contamination; and <br /> (2) If sampling and analysis indicate a trend toward increased <br /> concentrations of contaminants or if the U.S. Environmental Protection <br /> Agency health advisory limits (HAL) or State ground or surface water <br /> standards for thresholds are exceeded, then Orange County will notify <br /> the appropriate authorities. <br /> Article 22 Definitions <br /> Golf Course - A tract of land designed and laid out for the game of golf.
