21 <br /> 2111197 Final Draft Page 16 <br /> (1) Plans for grading and erosion control must comply with standards <br /> contained in the Orange County Erosion and Sediment Control _ <br /> Ordinance and Manual; <br /> (2) Whenever practical, construction shall be phased to minimize <br /> disturbance and sedimentation; <br /> (3) Sediment control measures must be properly installed to filter <br /> sediment from runoff during construction and shall be maintained <br /> until grading is complete and a permanent vegetative cover has been <br /> established and all slopes stabilized; and <br /> (4) Permanent landscaping, groundcover, mulch, etc. must be installed <br /> as soon as practical after construction activities for each phase are <br /> completed. <br /> C. Solid Waste Management <br /> The Solid Waste Management Plan submitted as part of the Resources <br /> Management Plan shall include the method(s) of disposal and recycling of <br /> construction debris. <br /> 8.8.7.5 Operation and Maintenance <br /> a. Integrated Pest Management(IPM) <br /> An integrated pest management plan(IPM) shall be established based on <br /> site conditions, soils, pesticide properties and management practices. The <br /> plan shall be updated as necessary to incorporate changes in pesticide <br /> choices,applications, etc. Revised plans shall be provided to the Planning <br /> and Inspections Department within ten days of said change(s). The IPM <br /> plan shall include the following: <br /> i <br /> (1) Monitoring of potential pest populations; <br /> (2) Developing and integrating biological, cultural and chemical <br /> control strategies which shall include educating and training <br /> golf course personnel; <br /> (3) Timing and spot treatment preferences using biological, <br /> cultural and chemical methods; <br /> (4) Evaluating results on an ongoing basis; <br />
