19 <br /> 2111197 Final Draft Page 14 <br /> (2) Parking lots and outdoor storage areas shall be landscaped and <br /> screened as per the standards set forth in Article 12 of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance; <br /> (3) Berms, fences and walls may be used with plant materials for <br /> screening, provided such features are designed and located in <br /> harmony with other site features and fimctions; <br /> (4) To minimize visual impact by blending architecture into the <br /> surrounding landscape, foundation plantings are required at all <br /> structures, including free-standing entrance signs; and <br /> (5) Turfgrasses shall be selected using drought, pest, and disease <br /> resistant species and/or cultivars. <br /> f. Stormwater Management <br /> (1) Each golf course shall provide a system of stormwater management <br /> in accordance with the standards contained in Articles 6.23.3 and <br /> 6.23.4 of the Zoning Ordinance. The stormwater management plan <br /> shall be reviewed by the Orange County Erosion Control Division; <br /> (2) The rate of runoff from the site shall not be increased over pre- <br /> development conditions; <br /> (3) The stormwater management system must respect existing drainage <br /> patterns.
