Hotel South gf Highfwly 54: These five applications are all for <br /> developme at on the north side of Highway 54. The Master Plan shows offices, <br /> commercial space,and a hotel on the south side. These would be the subjects of future <br /> Special Us:Permit applications. <br /> Wellness cwt During the Master Plan proceedings the developer described tentative <br /> plans for a Wellness Center,north of the Village Center.
