Approval would permit the construction of 13 buildings containing <br /> 125,000 sq uare feet of retail space, 102,400 square feet of office space, and 63,360 square <br /> feet of res dential space located on 18.25 awes of gross laud area. This application is <br /> located jus:west of Friday Lane, approximately 200 feet north of Highway 54. <br /> 3. D OMLM APART'IViEMS - Application for Special Use Permit: Planned <br /> Develo pment-Housing <br /> A request for approval of a Special Use Permit for Planned Development - Housing to <br /> develop sr ulti-family apartments in the Meadowmont Development. Approval would <br /> permit the construction of 258 apartment units totaling 354,000 square feet of floor area <br /> with 479 itaricing spaces, located on 20 awes of gross land area.
