-R E S -- 19 a 7 © a. 3 <br /> RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION <br /> for <br /> NORMA B. WHITE <br /> WHEREAS,Norma B. White was appointed as a charter member of the Orange <br /> County Historic Preservation Commission on May 21, 1991; and <br /> WHEREAS,Norma led the Historic Preservation Commission as its Chair and <br /> Vice Chair for three years ; and <br /> WHEREAS, she faithfully served her fellow citizens of Orange County on <br /> this volunteer commission which laid the foundation for the County's <br /> program of preserving.its historic and archaeological resources; and <br /> WHEREAS, her knowledge and experience in landscape architecture consistently <br /> guided the Historic Preservation Commission in their efforts; <br /> THEREFORE,the members of the Orange County Board of Commissioners do <br /> hereby thank Norma B. White, upon her retirement from the Orange <br /> County Historic Preservation Commission, for the service she <br /> performed on their behalf. <br /> ADOPTED this the 5th day of May, 1997. <br /> William L.
