Northern Orange Center $20,000 <br /> • Located in former Cedar Grove school <br /> • Senior center rooms are scattered throughout the facility <br /> • Average nutrition attendance is 25 persons per day <br /> 14. Efland Cheeks Center $112,500 <br /> • Facility established in 1990 <br /> • Center has one multi-purpose room <br /> • Average daily nutrition attendance is 26 persons. <br /> 15.
