For <br /> example,electronics assembly would be considered an industrial use,but would have little potential for pollution, <br /> high water use or other impacts which are often perceived as being associated with industrial activity. <br /> With the exception of residential uses, the site volume ratios were selected after an <br /> intensive study of the design features and land use intensity ratios of eighteen <br /> selected sites in the Research Triangle and Piedmont Triad regions.
