The property is located on the North side of S .R . # U S 70 <br /> t Street/Road) between S .R . # 1310 <br /> S .R . # 1399 It is known as Lotts) om and o f <br /> -31 _, <br /> Orange County B lock n <br /> �Tax Map 28 - Cheeks Township . It has a frontage <br /> of 700 feat and a depth of 1560 feet , and contains <br /> 1613026 square feet or 37.03 acres . <br /> 2.
