Locate the driveway for lot 4A-2 so that it does not cross the drainage
area;and
2.With the Preliminary Plan, submit restrictive covenants or a
conservation easement to ensure protection of the designated open
space. The restrictive covenants or conservation easement shall
designate a back-up grantee, in the event the homeowners association
is eliminated.
Barrows asked for clarification of the previous minor subdivision of this
property. Cameron used the vicinity map to explain the previous
subdivision noting that it is across Davis Road.
Katz asked if there is an existing Homeowners Association for the other
lots. Cameron responded that there would be no need for anything
except possibly the Road Maintenance Agreement. Katz continued,
asking how the open space on the Conservation Plan would be handled.
Cameron responded that the intent was to have some agreement with the
homeowners.
