r <br /> 6 <br /> Orange County Partnership for Young Children <br /> CONTRACT AMENDMENT III <br /> CONTRACT# 12 <br /> This agreement amends the contract between the Orange County Partnership for Young Children, <br /> hereinafter referred to as the "Partnership", and Orange County Health Department, hereinafter <br /> referred to as the "Contractor". This amendment is hereby effective on January 22, 1997. <br /> As provided for under the terms of this contract, the Partnership and the Contractor agree to <br /> amend the following provisions: <br /> The total contract amount is increased.
