z <br /> TO: Board of County Commissioners <br /> FROM: Wilbert McAdoo <br /> RE: Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan <br /> DATE: April 4, 1997 <br /> The Landfill Owners Group (L.O.G.) at the March 26, 1997 meeting requested that the Orange <br /> County Board of Commissioners (BOCC) provide additional guidance on the Integrated Solid <br /> Waste Management Plan. The local Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan will be used for <br /> development and adoption of a plan to meet the North Carolina Statutory requirements for a <br /> Solid Waste plan from each local government.
