This <br /> facility would not accept mixed solid waste , <br /> • Centralized composting fac?li ty for comucsting of- some yard <br /> waste products and other compostab les such as non-marketabl=, <br /> residual paper sorted out from Materials Recovery -aCi litV. <br /> We note that Triangle J Council of Governments is working <br /> area Waste Water treatment plants to develop a biosoliC'.s <br /> (sewage sludae) composting facilizv that could accept of c= <br />
