The report included the follow-up tasks listed below: <br /> 1. Implement any necessary changes in personnel equipment, or <br /> procedures for future emergency response efforts. <br /> 2. Investigate of U.S. Corps of Engineers Planning Assistance To <br /> States Program and report back to the Council with findings <br /> and a suggested process for including neighboring jurisdictions <br /> and the University. <br />
