Prete, Heat <br /> Field Operations Branch <br /> Subject: Orange County <br /> CDBG-Environmental Impact Study <br /> The Solid Waste Section has reviewed the attached project proposal and has seen no <br /> adverse impact on the surrounding community and likewise knows of no situations in the <br /> community which would affect the project. ` <br /> Orange County should make every feasible effort to minimize the generation of waste, to <br /> recycle materials for which viable markets exist, and to use recycled products and materials in the <br /> development of this project where suitable.
