The proposed site is 4.67 acre tract located off Gregg Street in Efland. To locate the <br /> site, take Hwy 70 West from Hillsborough to Richmond Rd and mak a right.tum. Traveling down Richmond Rd., <br /> the next road on your left is Gregg St., make a left. The propose is just past the existing houses on the right <br /> side. Habitat plans to build three and four bedroom houses r ze from 1,050 to 1,200 square feet in size <br /> and make these homes affordable to first-time homeb incomes of at least 50 percent of area median <br /> income.
