Department of Transportation has submitted a <br /> petition for the addition of Oak Pointe Lane and Oak <br /> Pointe Court in the Oak Pointe Subdivision to the Board of <br /> Commissioners for review. <br /> The Board' s decision will be forwarded to the N.C. Board <br /> of Transportation for their deliberation on acceptance of <br /> the road to the State-maintained Secondary Road System. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the addition of <br /> Oak Pointe Lane and Oak Pointe Court in Bingham Township <br /> to the State-maintained Secondary Road System. <br />
