All <br /> information will be submitted to the County Engineer for review to determine <br /> that the system demand does not exceed 4000 gallons per day. No building <br /> permits will be approved for additions/renovations without prior approval from <br /> DEM and approval of an amendment to this Special Use Permit. <br /> 3. To maintain access for emergency vehicles, the entrance to the school and <br /> driveways to each structure are to be kept free and clear of parked vehicles at <br /> all times and shall be clearly identified as fire lanes with reflective signs <br /> mounted on posts. The signs shall be installed under the guidance and <br /> supervision of the Orange County Fire Marshal's office and shall meet the <br /> provisions of Chapter 6 of the North Carolina State Building Code, Volume V, <br /> .Fire Prevention, 1996 Edition. <br /> 3 <br />
