Current zoning is Rural <br /> Residential'south of the township line,Agricultural Residential north of <br /> the township line,and Back Creek Protected Watershed. Phases I and 2 <br /> of Mill Pointe are located across Mill Creek Road and were completed in <br /> 1995. <br /> Total acreage of the tract is 121.58. A portion of the property is currently <br /> being farmed by the owner,C.M.Ray,Jr. The majority of the site slopes <br /> l at a gradient of less than 7.5%.
