The Board asks its <br /> citizens to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow <br /> citizens. At any time should any member of the Board or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, <br /> the Chair will ask the offending person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. <br /> Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a genuine <br /> commitment to this public charge is observed. <br /> I BOARD COMMENTS <br /> & COUNTY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> I RESOLUTIONS/PROCLAMATIONS (7:50- 8:10) <br /> NATIONAL DRINKING WATER WEE PROCLAMATION <br /> This proclamation proclaims the week of May 5-11 as National Drinking Water Week. <br /> ESTABLISHMENT QE JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON INTEGRATED SOLID WASTE <br /> MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> The Board will consider establishing a joint public hearing for May 22, 1997 on the integrated <br /> solid waste management plan. All local governments are required by the State to have an adopted solid <br /> waste plan in place by July 1, 1997. <br /> -C, ORANGE COUNTY SENIOR GAMES <br /> This proclamation proclaims the week of April 21-27 as Orange County Senior Games Events <br /> Days and encourages citizens age 55 and over to participate. <br /> D. COUNTY GOVERNMENT WEEK PROCLAMATION <br /> This proclaims the week of April 13-19, 1997 as Orange County Government Week and <br /> endorses activities planned during the week. <br />
