You will receive a report
from the County Engineer providing the technical and policy
issues associated with that sewer connection. At one time there were as many as 20 mobile homes
connected to individual or jointly used septic systems .
Presently the single family home is served by a septic system and
there are 10 mobile homes located on the property served by some
form of septic system or another. A community well system serves
all of the mobile home spaces. I have not been able to determine
whether the single family home is served by a separate well or by
the community well .
The zoning atlas "lot of record book" on this property
indicates that, in total, there are 2 .75 acres of land divided
into 3 parcels . The property is zoned R-1 (one residence per
