} f <br /> The tract is located within the RB Rural Buffer zoning <br /> district . The parcel lies outside any designated watershed and <br /> there are no identified floodplains on the premises . <br /> The Application has been evaluated pursuant to Section 2 . , <br /> Paragraphs 2 . 1 and 2 . 2 of the Orange County Environmental Impact <br /> Ordinance . <br /> The abovementioned information and that on the Application <br /> were provided by Gayle Wilson, Director of Solid Waste Management <br /> for the Town of Chapel Hill . The assessment application was <br /> reviewed by the Orange County Current Planning Staff . <br /> The Department of Planning and Inspections FINDS there would <br /> be NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT, as defined in the Environmental Impact <br /> Ordinance for Orange County, in the implementation of the plan <br /> for a maintenance building, equipment yard, and attendant septic <br /> system, rap filter basins, stone check dam, and interior road. It <br /> also FINDS that processing of yard waste and storm debris on an <br /> ongoing basis, as well as storing recyclable materials for <br /> transshipment, would be of no significant impact. <br /> This FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT authorizes the <br /> Landfill Owners Group to proceed with the project within the <br /> context presented to the Planning and Inspections Department in <br /> the Group' s Environmental Assessment Application of January 7, <br /> 1997. The County reserves the right to inspect the property to <br /> assure that the information and approved standards provided by <br /> the applicant remain current . <br /> The Landfill Owners Group will be notified by the Department <br /> if it learns of state or local permits which may be required to <br /> conduct the proposed activity. Likewise, those agencies which <br /> may require additional permits shall be notified of the proposed <br /> activity and Tiave an opportunity to provide comments. <br /> James R.
