} f The tract is located within the RB Rural Buffer zoning district . The parcel lies outside any designated watershed and there are no identified floodplains on the premises . The Application has been evaluated pursuant to Section 2 . , Paragraphs 2 . 1 and 2 . 2 of the Orange County Environmental Impact Ordinance . The abovementioned information and that on the Application were provided by Gayle Wilson, Director of Solid Waste Management for the Town of Chapel Hill . The assessment application was reviewed by the Orange County Current Planning Staff . The Department of Planning and Inspections FINDS there would be NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT, as defined in the Environmental Impact Ordinance for Orange County, in the implementation of the plan for a maintenance building, equipment yard, and attendant septic system, rap filter basins, stone check dam, and interior road. It also FINDS that processing of yard waste and storm debris on an ongoing basis, as well as storing recyclable materials for transshipment, would be of no significant impact. This FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT authorizes the Landfill Owners Group to proceed with the project within the context presented to the Planning and Inspections Department in the Group' s Environmental Assessment Application of January 7, 1997. The County reserves the right to inspect the property to assure that the information and approved standards provided by the applicant remain current . The Landfill Owners Group will be notified by the Department if it learns of state or local permits which may be required to conduct the proposed activity.
